What We Do

  • Patricia Petersen, counselling, EFT, Somatic Based

Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) & Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP)

    Individual Support (Online)
    Connection. Belonging. Liberation.

    Trauma-Informed. Somatic Based. Attachment Lens.

In a culture that perpetuates disconnection, many of us have lost the ability to grieve, feel our emotions fully, and connect to our bodies and one another. Patricia believes in taking an active approach to healing, and she gives you the tools and trust that you can do the work.
